Daniel Fairclough

Founder & Director

Daniel has spent over 30 years in the construction and property industry, with experience spanning construction, aftercare, maintenance and property operations. It has given him a practical understanding of how homes are built, how their systems work and what can go wrong after completion.

Throughout his career, Daniel has held senior management positions, including at Galliard Homes, where he oversaw residential property portfolios, complex construction projects and aftercare operations, and learned the importance of quality and the value of a proactive approach to property care.

Donagh O’Sullivan

Co-founder & Director

Donagh O’Sullivan brings more than 35 years of experience at the highest levels of property, construction and estate management. A chartered civil engineer and former Chief Executive of Galliard Homes and Battersea Power Station, he has overseen some of the UK’s most distinguished residential and mixed-use property developments.

His work is defined by discretion, exacting standards and an instinctive understanding of exceptional homes. Drawing on extensive technical, commercial and operational expertise, Donagh provides considered oversight of every aspect of a residence—from planned maintenance and building performance to specialist contractors, compliance and long-term care.
