What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the general location of the property, the capacity you are enquiring in and anything you write in your message.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss our services with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

Who handles it

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and passed to us by email. Netlify may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, it becomes part of our client records.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
